Principal Product Manager - Equity A leading global enterprise solutions provider seeks an innovative Product Manager specializing in equity management technology. Role Description As the market and customer expert for our Equity Management product segment, you will orchestrate the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with evolving financial reporting standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Product Leadership - Define and drive the technical product roadmap for Equity Management solutions - Ensure alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology strategies - Lead development of high-performance, scalable equity management solutions - Validate and design product roadmap for short and long-term growth - Leverage external partnerships to accelerate market positioning 2. Business & Go-to-Market Execution - Drive critical business metrics: bookings, revenue, margin, and gross retention - Translate technical innovations into customer-centric solutions - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - Execute product launch strategies - Support ongoing sales and customer education programs 3. Product Development & Execution - Drive delivery of market and customer requirements - Work with Agile Scrum teams to develop comprehensive user stories - Create detailed product requirements and functional specifications - Ensure engineering teams build high-impact, customer-focused features - Negotiate backlog priorities effectively - Enhance customer experiences measured by NPS 4.
