As the executive owner of this portfolio, you will be responsible for driving market dominance, commercial growth, and transformative customer impact through business value creation and strategic execution.

What You'll Do

Define and drive the enterprise-wide technical product strategy for Tax Reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with global tax regulations, compliance, and modern cloud-first technology.
Lead the development of high-performance, scalable tax management platforms that integrate with major ERP and EPM systems including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Workday.
Architect and execute the long-term product roadmap and portfolio strategy for immediate needs and 3-5 year growth.
Leverage strategic partnerships with tax technology providers and consulting firms to accelerate innovation.
Form cross-portfolio partnerships with other insightsoftware business units to drive unified platform opportunities.
Extract maximum commercial value through sophisticated packaging, pricing optimization, and strategic feature development.
Own and optimize the complete business performance of the Tax Reporting portfolio, including bookings, ARR, margin, gross retention, and net expansion.
Transform complex technical innovations into compelling customer-centric solutions for enterprise tax professionals.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure premium positioning and value articulation to C-suite executives.
Execute comprehensive product launch strategies and drive enterprise-wide sales and customer education programs.
Develop and execute strategic pricing frameworks, including value-based pricing models.
Drive delivery of complex market and enterprise customer requirements and major release milestones.
Drive exceptional customer experiences across the entire tax management lifecycle.
Lead resolution of enterprise customer escalations, retention challenges, and strategic account management issues.
Develop comprehensive market intelligence on customer usage patterns, competitive positioning, and global tax trends.
Serve as the recognized thought leader for enterprise tax management software, leading industry conferences and executive briefings.
Execute sophisticated win/loss analysis and customer feedback programs to refine product capabilities.
Monitor global tax regulatory changes and competitive landscape evolution to maintain market leadership.
Function as the primary internal product evangelist and external market authority.
Identify strategic market opportunities through comprehensive analysis, executive interviews, and competitive intelligence.

What We're Looking For

Deep expertise in enterprise tax management software, tax provisioning processes, and global tax compliance.
Extensive experience with tax reporting platforms and enterprise data consolidation technologies.
Strong understanding of global tax regulations, accounting principles (ASC and IFRS), and multinational tax compliance.
Understanding of modern data analytics, business intelligence platforms, and real-time reporting technologies.
Experience with enterprise software architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and their impact on financial software at scale.
10+ years in B2B enterprise software Product Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on financial, tax, or compliance solutions.
Proven ability to bridge complex technical and business requirements to drive measurable enterprise ROI.
Extensive experience in SaaS/cloud-based product leadership with deep expertise in financial data analytics and enterprise integrations.
Strong P&L ownership mindset for strategic product investment decisions.
Demonstrated success engaging with C-suite executives, tax directors, and enterprise IT leadership.
Expertise in enterprise pricing strategy development and implementation.
Proven track record managing complex product metrics including bookings, ARR, net expansion, and customer lifetime value.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional organizations without formal authority.
5+ years of experience building, managing, and developing high-performing product management and technical teams.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills for boards, C-suite, and industry analysts.
Ability to balance competing priorities and make critical strategic decisions under pressure.
Extensive experience partnering with Product Marketing leadership to commercialize complex enterprise offerings.
Experience leading UX and design organizations to create intuitive, accessible enterprise solutions.
Demonstrated ability to drive execution across global Development, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success organizations.
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Executive presence with exceptional organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
Strategic visionary with disciplined tactical execution.
Executive drive and resilience to operate in demanding enterprise environments.
