About the Role

This position is responsible for generating new business by combining market intelligence with proactive prospecting to initiate conversations with decision-makers. The ideal candidate uses research to tailor outreach and create meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers using market data and behavioral signals
  • Conduct research on prospects to understand business context and needs
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns based on industry trends and insights
  • Engage with prospects through email, phone, and social platforms
  • Set up qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
  • Track and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on market developments and competitive landscape
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and strategic manner
  • Use sales intelligence tools to prioritize high-intent prospects
  • Contribute to improving outreach templates based on response data
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve performance
  • Support the sales team with context before client meetings

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
