Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers using market data and behavioral signals
- Conduct research on prospects to understand business context and needs
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns based on industry trends and insights
- Engage with prospects through email, phone, and social platforms
- Set up qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
- Track and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on market developments and competitive landscape
- Follow up with leads in a timely and strategic manner
- Use sales intelligence tools to prioritize high-intent prospects
- Contribute to improving outreach templates based on response data
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve performance
- Support the sales team with context before client meetings

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
