LGC Standards is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join their team, focusing on the Switzerland and Nordics territory. This hybrid role involves being the first point of contact for clients, driving revenue growth through technical sales support and managing transactional accounts across industries such as Pharma, Biotech, and Environmental.
What You'll Do
- Own all Transactional accounts in an assigned geography and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio at new and existing customers, across all end-markets such as Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, etc.
- Identify and close new prospect opportunities, generated from a combination of prospecting and qualification in collaboration with our marketing department or self-generated leads
- Actively engage with customers via email, phone calls and online meetings to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow-up on quotations and drive new sales
- Use LGC’s sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture, close opportunities and conduct ongoing territory planning
- Close cooperation with marketing to launch new products and the core end-market team to identify competitor activity and trends
- Be responsible for the daily management of relevant service cloud cases, ensuring tasks are dealt with and a proper response time is guaranteed
