Responsibilities

  • Manage transactional accounts within a designated region, promoting the full range of product offerings to both new and existing clients across industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and environmental sectors.
  • Pursue and convert new business opportunities sourced through marketing collaboration, lead qualification, or independent prospecting efforts.
  • Engage customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings to assess needs, advance sales discussions, follow up on quotes, and secure new deals.
  • Utilize company sales platforms and digital tools to identify prospects, build relationships, close sales, and plan territory strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams on product launches and coordinate with market-specific specialists to monitor competitive movements and industry trends.
  • Handle service-related cases in the CRM system daily, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to response standards.
