Responsibilities
- Make 75 to 95 outbound calls each day to expand and nurture merchant relationships.
- Support vendors in achieving business growth by utilizing a full range of available tools and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring merchant performance and progress toward key performance indicators.
- Engage in ongoing training to strengthen product expertise and surpass sales targets.
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate in a shared, on-site work environment that emphasizes teamwork and collective success.
