About the Role

Copeland is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to accelerate business growth across France. In this role, you will focus on generating new opportunities in the hospitality and MDU (multi-dwelling unit) sectors by proactively engaging decision-makers and supporting our outside salesforce.

What You'll Do

  • Call and email hospitality and MDU market decision-makers in France to introduce Copeland's technology.
  • Identify and contact value-added resellers who can drive sales into our target accounts.
  • Book and confirm in-person presentations and web demos for our outside salespeople.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team to prioritize daily calls and email campaigns.
  • Enter and manage sales-related data within our CRM.
  • Research and utilize sales optimization tools to create effective outreach and follow-up sequences.
  • Conduct online research to find hospitality and MDU groups and their key decision-makers.
  • Compete to be a top lead generator while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For

  • A university or high school degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer relations abilities.
  • A friendly, empathic demeanor and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Comfort using a CRM and incorporating automated sales tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in French.
  • Quick learning abilities to thrive when exploring new markets, products, and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Creative detective skills and tactics for identifying and contacting decision-makers.
  • The ability to spark curiosity and engagement while maintaining a professional and credible approach.
  • Past experience working in a multinational environment.
