We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward effective solutions through personalized communication. This position plays a key role in developing new business by initiating contact, qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce offerings and assess interest
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up
  • Track and manage interactions using CRM tools to maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through consistent effort and performance

Qualifications
