Viatris is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to develop strategic business plans, achieve sales goals, and build strong customer relationships within the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a key role in our mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic business plans for your assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicator expectations while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets.
- Develop a pre-call strategy for aligned targets.
- Demonstrate success in influencing and negotiation skills.
- Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge, including relevant disease states, and effectively communicate this to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, coworkers, and colleagues across different teams and leadership levels.
- Effectively utilize software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM software to complete daily tasks.
- Proactively pursue continuous learning and professional development on sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a BS/BA degree.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of professional sales, territory management, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
