Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

- Participate in regular performance review meetings
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
- Use sales scripts and objection-handling techniques appropriately
- Attend training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge
- Support customer onboarding process when necessary
- Escalate complex technical questions to appropriate teams
