About the Role

The individual in this role will identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and support the sales cycle through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to transition qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop understanding of product offerings to communicate value effectively
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in regular performance review meetings
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
  • Use sales scripts and objection-handling techniques appropriately
  • Attend training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge
  • Support customer onboarding process when necessary
  • Escalate complex technical questions to appropriate teams
  • Maintain professional communication standards in all outreach
  • Track call metrics and conversion rates daily
  • Adhere to compliance and data protection regulations
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Assist in refining sales processes based on feedback and results
