Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a remote, independent contractor role. You will be responsible for calling inbound leads, qualifying homeowners, and booking jobs over the phone. This is a true closing sales position focused on securing appointments and providing clear pricing.
What You'll Do
- Call and follow up with inbound leads quickly.
- Qualify homeowners for urgency, scope, and budget.
- Book jobs by phone for common services.
- Schedule on-site estimates only when necessary.
- Present pricing clearly and handle objections confidently.
- Log all details in the HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and provide feedback on lead quality.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of solid sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work as an Independent Contractor.
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts and Saturdays.
- Willing to work fully at home and must have your own laptop/desktop and internet connection.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Can start ASAP.
