Drive sales growth from anywhere in this fully remote Inside Sales Representative role. You'll build relationships through proactive outreach, responding to customer inquiries, and guiding clients through the sales process using phone, email, and digital tools. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, managing quote requests, and ensuring accurate pricing aligned with margin goals.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential customers through calls and emails to uncover new business
- Respond to quotation and order requests from multiple channels, including sales teams and direct customer contact
- Use pricing tools to deliver competitive quotes while maintaining profitability targets
- Support project coordination by tracking orders, resolving issues, and following up on key milestones
- Perform estimating, product take-offs, and prepare proposals when needed
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
A motivated professional with a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities, and using digital systems to track and close opportunities.
