SchooLinks is looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on the private and charter school market. You will drive new business by selling our SaaS solutions directly to school districts, building lasting relationships, and exceeding revenue goals.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to develop new business opportunities across private and charter schools.
- Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision-makers such as superintendents, CAOs, deputies, and directors.
- Understand industry trends and issues to identify customer pain points and strategize solutions.
- Scope, negotiate, and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.
- Leverage existing accounts as references to expand regionally.
- Collaborate with peers across product, implementation, and marketing teams to create visibility with target accounts and drive prospect engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience, specifically within private and charter school districts.
- A proven track record of hitting quota.
