About the Role

Scale Army is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own and manage the complete sales cycle. You will blend inbound lead response with proactive outbound efforts, driving growth for a company that values innovation and customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads, including demo requests, and engage with potential clients to qualify their needs.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Handle the entire sales process from qualification to close, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage.
  • Qualify leads through detailed discovery calls and determine their fit for the services offered.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to closed business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM and track leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
  • Keep all prospect and client information up-to-date in the CRM for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and video calls, building rapport and maintaining a strong presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Work to overcome objections, address concerns, and close deals successfully.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or real estate-related role.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong camera presence for client-facing video calls and virtual meetings.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on managing a high-volume pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Adaptable and proactive, constantly looking for ways to improve the sales process and exceed targets.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry.
