About the Role
This position is responsible for generating new sales opportunities in the DACH market through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and consultative engagement. The representative will collaborate with marketing and field teams to convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and events
- Educate prospects on product capabilities and use cases
- Collaborate with field sales to transition qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly
- Develop understanding of industry-specific challenges in target markets
- Participate in sales training and product updates
- Coordinate with marketing on lead follow-up processes
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline metrics
- Build relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
- Address customer objections and provide tailored solutions
- Support the development of localized sales materials
