About the Role

Twoconnect is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (B2B) to manage the complete sales process for telecommunications products within the small to medium-sized business market in the United States. You will engage in consultative, relationship-driven selling, focusing on warm inbound leads to understand business needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and assess how our products and services can meet them.
  • Maintain engagement and touch points with leads to drive conversion.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide various sales and customer support functions to maintain customer retention and engagement levels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Nice to Have

  • Telecommunications experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
