Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential advertisers through outbound prospecting across small, regional, and mid-tier businesses, with occasional outreach to national brands and agencies
- Create a consistent sales pipeline using cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market analysis
- Gain in-depth knowledge of place-based media offerings across audio, television, and digital displays
- Target advertisers whose messaging aligns contextually or event-driven with venue audiences
- Assess lead viability, present tailored solutions, design media plans, negotiate agreements, and finalize deals
- Oversee client relationships from initial contact through contract renewal and expansion
- Communicate the effectiveness of advertising in high-dwell physical environments to brands and agencies
- Collaborate with operations and account teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured pipeline management and consistent outreach
- Balance acquiring new clients with nurturing existing accounts for repeat business and growth
- Study how different industries, deal models, and campaign goals influence sales approaches
- Leverage performance data and client input to improve campaigns and uncover upsell potential
- Keep Salesforce and HubSpot updated with accurate opportunity records, forecasts, and pipeline details
- Focus on high-value prospects using data analytics, market trends, and demand indicators
- Share competitive intelligence, market shifts, and advertiser behavior during team planning sessions
