The Bureau was looking for an Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive ticket sales for elite Fashion Week events by connecting with prospects who have already expressed interest. Using a combination of live calls, SMS outreach, and CRM tools, you’ll guide potential buyers through a curated purchasing journey that emphasizes exclusivity, access, and belonging.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively contact individuals who have engaged with ticket pages, tailoring outreach based on their behavior and intent.
  • Conduct high-volume calling and targeted messaging to convert interest into confirmed sales.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their preferred pass type—General Admission, VIP, Weekend, or After-Party—and group size.
  • Articulate the value of each experience with a tone that reflects luxury and prestige.
  • Manage all interactions in HubSpot, ensuring accurate logging of calls, notes, dispositions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and ticketing teams to align on inventory, promotions, and messaging consistency.
  • Maintain a rapid pace without compromising the quality or sophistication of client conversations.

What We’re Looking For

You have at least two years of experience in inside sales, ideally with warm leads, and a history of meeting or exceeding targets. You’re comfortable using CRM platforms like HubSpot and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene. Your communication style is polished and confident—suited to a high-end audience.

  • Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to sustain a refined, consultative tone.
  • Experience with high-call-volume environments and SMS-based follow-up workflows.
  • Self-driven and tech-savvy, able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-friendly setting.

Nice-to-Have Background

  • Prior work in luxury, hospitality, travel, events, or lifestyle sales.
  • Familiarity with SMS platforms, click-to-dial systems, and UTM tracking for campaign measurement.
  • Direct experience selling tickets or access to live events.

Tools You’ll Use

HubSpot, SMS outreach platforms, click-to-dial technology, and UTM tracking for performance insights.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission tied to ticket revenue. On-target earnings range from $75K–$95K, with top performers exceeding $110K through accelerators. Incentives and spiffs are available based on team and individual performance. You’ll also receive direct access to Fashion Week events, enhancing your connection to the brand. The position is remote-friendly, supporting a flexible work environment.
