What You'll Do
- Proactively contact warm leads via phone and text to convert interest into confirmed ticket purchases.
- Assess client needs including pass type, group size, and event preferences to recommend the right experience.
- Communicate the value of access, status, and belonging tied to premium event offerings.
- Keep pipelines updated in HubSpot with accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and dispositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and ticketing teams to stay aligned on inventory, promotions, and messaging.
- Balancing speed and volume with a consultative, high-touch sales approach.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in inside sales or phone-based closing, ideally with warm leads.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including disciplined logging of activities and pipeline updates.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, luxury-appropriate tone.
- Ability to handle high call volume and leverage SMS for timely follow-ups.
- Self-driven and tech-savvy, thriving in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury, events, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sales.
- Experience with SMS platforms, click-to-dial systems, and UTM tracking.
- Prior work selling tickets or experiential event access.
