MaidThis is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses on phone-based sales, handling inbound inquiries and outbound campaigns to drive growth for our home services company. You’ll follow a clear process, manage a pipeline, and achieve daily targets.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision.
- Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns using calls and texts.
- Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock in next steps to prevent issues.
- Keep pipelines and notes clean in our systems like CRM and Slack.
- Hit daily performance targets and improve your close rate over time.
- Optionally support recruiting tasks after ramping up, using similar skills for candidate calls and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
- Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for calls.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong phone presence.
- Comfortable using Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
- High accountability—you follow the process, post updates, and own outcomes.
- Reliable during work hours with no disappearing or side obligations.
- This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours.
Nice to Have
- Strong Spanish and English skills to support growth into recruiting tasks later.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation of $1500-$1800 depending on experience and fit, plus commission.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere with strong WiFi, but you must be available during PST hours.
