Who You Are You’re a true driver - you push outcomes without being reminded You’re calm, confident, and professional on the phone You can follow a structured process every time (no skipping steps) You work fast and clean - strong typing, quick switching between tools You are reliable during work hours - no disappearing, no side obligations Bonus: Strong Spanish and English (this helps you grow into recruiting support later) What You’ll Do Sales (primary) Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns (calls + texts) Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps to prevent issues later Keep pipelines and notes clean in our systems (CRM + Slack updates) Hit daily performance targets and improve close rate over time Growth Path (optional, after you ramp) Support recruiting tasks that use similar skills (candidate calls, follow-ups, confirmations) Bilingual reps may take on more recruiting responsibilities over time Requirements Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for calls Excellent spoken and written English - strong phone presence is mandatory Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs High accountability - you follow the process, post updates, and own outcomes This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours After training period schedule could include one weekend day - must be able to work part of the weekend Pay And Growth Base pay: $1200-$1500/month depending on experience and fit Commission: performance-based (details shared during interview) Strong performers can grow quickly into higher responsibility and earnings
