Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new insurance leads
- Qualify potential clients based on coverage needs and eligibility
- Explain policy features, benefits, and limitations clearly and accurately
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance products
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to advance sales conversations
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to finalize applications
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay current on product offerings and regulatory updates
- Process applications and ensure documentation is complete
- Address client concerns with timely and compliant solutions
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Use sales scripts and compliance guidelines effectively
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary
- Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies
- Track daily activity metrics and report results
- Build rapport with clients to support retention and referrals
- Coordinate with customer service for post-sale support
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
