This role involves engaging prospective clients, evaluating insurance needs, and guiding them through policy options to support informed decisions and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance offerings
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements
  • Present tailored insurance solutions based on individual circumstances
  • Respond to client inquiries with accurate and timely information
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations
  • Document client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to advance them through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to finalize policy details
  • Explain coverage options, premiums, and exclusions clearly
  • Support clients during enrollment and onboarding processes
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client profiles
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay compliant with industry licensing and regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
  • Attend training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge
  • Handle objections professionally and provide clarifying information
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed
  • Ensure data accuracy in client records and policy applications
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client backgrounds
