Responsibilities

- Collaborate with underwriting teams to finalize policy details
- Explain coverage options, premiums, and exclusions clearly
- Support clients during enrollment and onboarding processes
- Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client profiles
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay compliant with industry licensing and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Attend training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge
- Handle objections professionally and provide clarifying information
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed
- Ensure data accuracy in client records and policy applications
