AMBA is hiring an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist

About the Role

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, guiding clients through insurance options, and closing sales while maintaining compliance and delivering ongoing account support.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to assess insurance needs
  • Educate customers on available coverage options and policy benefits
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance applications
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to expedite policy issuance
  • Explain complex insurance terms in clear, understandable language
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly
  • Stay current on product offerings and market trends
  • Use CRM software to track sales pipelines and customer data
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired clients
  • Coordinate with customer service for policy changes and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
  • Adhere to company sales processes and ethical standards
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market reception
  • Assist in the development of sales scripts and training materials
