About the Role
This role drives the adoption and sustained use of Microsoft 365 AI features, especially Copilot, using Power Apps and Power Automate to create AI-enhanced workflows. It combines technical implementation with collaboration across IT, security, and business units to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and ongoing use of Microsoft 365 AI functionalities, with primary emphasis on Copilot.
- Utilize Power Platform tools to design and implement applications and automated processes.
- Integrate artificial intelligence into everyday business operations through low-code development.
- Translate business needs into functional, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Support organization-wide adoption of Copilot by enabling practical use cases.
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency.
- Work alongside IT teams to ensure technical alignment and system integration.
- Partner with security and compliance groups to uphold data governance standards.
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Deliver measurable improvements in productivity through AI-enabled tools.
- Design user-centric applications that promote ease of adoption and engagement.
- Maintain scalable and supportable Power Platform environments.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for AI and automation usage.
