Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company is hiring a Sr. Inside Sales Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetics market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for different market segments.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input on product development based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges in the sales process.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with aesthetic medical devices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare and beauty industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
