Responsibilities
- Monitor locomotive movements across the Indian Railways network and collect operational data.
- Coordinate spare parts replenishment with the PRT team to ensure readiness for locomotive issues.
- Respond to reported technical faults or incidents from customers or service sheds.
- Deliver investigation findings and resolution details to service sheds.
- Communicate corrective actions taken so service sheds can determine next steps.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics following established engineering protocols.
- Implement technical fixes in accordance with maintenance guidelines.
- Adhere to all locomotive safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain site performance matrices and data logs for tracking KPIs.
