About the Role
This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle with strategic accounts, identifying customer needs, aligning solutions, and expanding platform usage across large life science organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for high-value clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and technical decision-makers
- Uncover business challenges and align product capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
- Drive contract negotiations and renewals with strategic customers
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Present platform value propositions tailored to organizational goals
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
