Responsibilities
- Supports sales teams by assisting with training for surgeons and helping develop robotic programs at hospitals.
- Conducts technical training sessions for hospital staff, including operating room personnel and surgical teams.
- Promotes the advantages of innovative technology to current robotic system users to help meet team sales targets.
- Builds expertise in setting objectives, territory planning, and achieving performance goals in preparation for a future quota-driven position.
- Handles administrative duties such as tracking sales and procedures, reporting sales outcomes, and submitting expense records.
