Allegion is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator - Multi-Family - Remote EST or CST

Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries from multi-family clients, collect preliminary details, and evaluate their requirements.
  • Set clear expectations for clients and guide them through the next stages of the purchasing journey.
  • Enter and update lead, opportunity, and account information accurately in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Assess incoming leads, assign them to the appropriate sales consultant, and schedule appointments or virtual demonstrations as required.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to align follow-up strategies and enhance client engagement.
  • Utilize internal sales platforms and external data sources to identify potential prospects and create targeted lead lists.
  • Assist in lead generation through outbound calls, marketing campaigns, and market-specific initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects that support overall sales and business development goals.
