Responsibilities
- Process and input customer orders into the system while monitoring shipment progress and delivery timelines.
- Answer customer questions through phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate details on products, pricing, and stock status.
- Generate and share sales reports, presentations, and supporting documents as requested by sales personnel.
- Keep customer data current and precise within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth order completion and address any complications.
- Help sales staff prepare pricing quotes, sales proposals, and contractual agreements.
- Track inventory levels and assist in maintaining sufficient supply to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Support the planning and coordination of sales meetings, trade exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Deliver administrative assistance such as scheduling client appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel.
- Engage in ongoing sales training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and effective selling methods.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
