About the Role

Jobgether is looking for an Inside Account Executive to drive new business growth in the digital payment and retail premium financing space. You will engage directly with retail insurance agents, using strategic outreach to cultivate relationships, qualify leads, and close deals in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with retail insurance agents.
  • Execute outreach strategies through calls, emails, and other channels to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact and opportunity information.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create strategic contact lists and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop daily plans to maximize productive outreach and achieve sales quotas.
  • Track pipeline activity and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
  • Uphold organizational core values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience prospecting and selling to insurance agents, general agents, and carriers.
  • Knowledge of digital payment solutions, retail premium financing, or the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Technical Stack

  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $58,000 - $80,000 plus commission.
  • Fully remote work environment.
