At Jobgether, we're looking for a Customer Trainer to join our team. In this remote role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs to educate, empower, and inspire our customers. You will lead virtual sessions and create scalable educational content to help customers adopt new features and maximize the value they get from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver 1:many virtual trainings, webinars, workshops, and onboarding sessions for customers across multiple segments.
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with key customers for onboarding, expansion, and strategic enablement.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable customer training programs focused on product functionality, best practices, and feature adoption.
- Create supporting resources such as slide decks, exercises, guides, checklists, and session recordings for repeatable use.
- Maintain and promote a structured training calendar and content library.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align training with new releases and customer goals.
- Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and learning outcomes to measure effectiveness and refine programs.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience delivering customer-facing training or enablement content for a SaaS company.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for helping clients get value from the product.
- Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency with video conferencing, collaboration/project management, content creation, and LMS tools.
- Proven ability to develop engaging virtual training sessions and scalable educational programs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in change management, user adoption, or customer onboarding.
- Background with intranet, communications, HR platforms, enterprise search, AI assistants, or integrations.
- Experience with customer communities, instructional design, customer education platforms, or certification programs.

- $80,000 – $95,000 USD + equity
