Jobgether is looking for a Business Analyst, Stablecoins to work at the forefront of the digital asset space. You will support high-growth stablecoin initiatives, streamline operations, and act as a critical liaison with leadership in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute on strategic business initiatives, providing operational and analytical support to ensure efficient business operations.
- Project manage key initiatives from conception to completion, coordinating activities across teams and departments.
- Streamline team processes and develop operational frameworks to support scaling and growth of the stablecoin business.
- Collaborate closely with business line leads and senior leadership to support client engagements and strategic execution.
- Act as a critical team member ensuring seamless operations, timely completion of projects, and alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in top-tier analytical roles such as management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth startup environments.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong project management abilities, with proven experience taking ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
- Proficiency in core business tools, including Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

- Genuine interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or fintech.
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
- Proximity to the New York office.
