Jobgether is looking for an Event Content Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone energized by fast-moving industries like crypto, finance, and technology, who thrives on coordinating events and producing engaging content. You will support the planning, execution, and promotion of live and virtual events, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.

What You'll Do

Manage speaker outreach, schedule prep calls, and coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events.
Draft promotional content for social media, email campaigns, and event announcements in partnership with marketing teams.
Support live events, including roundtables, virtual sessions, and flagship conferences, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
Maintain event calendars, track deadlines, and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programming.
Conduct research to identify emerging industry trends, voices, and topics to inform future event content.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate and qualify potential sponsor leads and maintain post-event follow-ups.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance event quality and audience engagement.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
Familiarity with crypto, finance, or technology content; able to engage confidently with these industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills, including email, social media, and promotional copywriting.
Experience coordinating meetings, scheduling, and working with external partners.
Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and processes.
