AI Acquisition is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and technical positions. This remote role is critical for scaling our team globally by sourcing and securing top-tier talent.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets, leveraging various channels and building long-term talent pipelines.
• Recruit for a variety of roles across core business areas, including B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Tech.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and use a rigorous assessment process to evaluate candidates on both hard skills and culture fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, set realistic expectations, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Use data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, continuously improving hiring processes.

What We're Looking For

• Not less than 4 years of proven, end-to-end global talent acquisition experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Extensive experience hiring in Global Markets, especially EU and US markets, is a non-negotiable requirement.
• A track record of closing over 90 offers per quarter.
• A subject matter expert in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Info Space, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
• A highly resourceful individual with a deep understanding of candidate evaluation and assessment processes.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other AI-related recruitment technologies is essential.
