Jobgether is looking for a Lead Value Engineer (Remote - US) to spearhead the design and execution of value engineering strategies that demonstrate the impact of our innovative SaaS solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to guide organizations in adopting value-based selling methodologies while mentoring a growing team of value engineers.
What You'll Do
- Partner with client teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to design ROI models and value propositions tailored to business needs.
- Lead the implementation of value-based selling methodologies, tools, and scalable processes.
- Conduct discovery workshops and in-depth analysis to uncover challenges, quantify opportunities, and develop data-backed solutions.
- Translate findings into tailored SaaS solutions and ROI business cases, effectively communicating value to executives and decision-makers.
- Act as a subject matter expert, training internal teams on value selling practices and providing strategic deal support.
- Coach, mentor, and guide the value engineering team to achieve excellence in execution and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in value engineering, solution consulting, sales engineering, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through value-based selling and solution positioning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative expertise, including ROI, TCO, and NPV financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, managing complex projects, and collaborating across global organizations.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and revenue enablement tools.

- Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000
