About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Help Desk Specialist to deliver exceptional IT support within a fast-paced, Agile environment. In this fully remote role, you will act as the primary point of contact for users, providing multi-tier support and collaborating closely with development and Scrum teams to ensure application performance and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier I, II, and III multi-channel Help Desk support for users and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and defects, ensuring application functionality and performance meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
  • Triage and prioritize requests, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Support the development of monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports, including inquiry trend analysis.
  • Test and validate user stories, tasks, and bugs during and after sprints.
  • Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to knowledge management systems.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with at least 3 of the last 5 years residing in the country.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Experience applying standard requirements to distinctive technical designs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD) principles is a plus.

  • Compensation: $48,634.56 – $68,250 per year.
