Jobgether is looking for a Channel Account Manager I, MSP to manage and grow strategic relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. In this remote role, you will be a trusted advisor, driving partner adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that enhance partner adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Execute engagement processes to ensure clear communication and alignment with customers and partners.
- Achieve assigned quotas through expansion and renewal metrics in a velocity sales motion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is high.
- Maintain and reinforce company culture in all interactions with partners and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel, or Direct Sales roles, ideally in mid-market MSPs.
- Knowledge of the MSP ecosystem, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive partner adoption.

- Compensation: $66,000 base with potential variable of $44,000 + equity.
