About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Channel Account Manager I, MSP to manage and grow strategic relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. In this remote role, you will be a trusted advisor, driving partner adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that enhance partner adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Execute engagement processes to ensure clear communication and alignment with customers and partners.
  • Achieve assigned quotas through expansion and renewal metrics in a velocity sales motion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is high.
  • Maintain and reinforce company culture in all interactions with partners and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel, or Direct Sales roles, ideally in mid-market MSPs.
  • Knowledge of the MSP ecosystem, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive partner adoption.

  • Compensation: $66,000 base with potential variable of $44,000 + equity.
