About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Customer Support Associate to serve as the first line of support for our users. You will resolve product issues, escalate concerns, and become a product expert, helping clients achieve maximum value from our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to users by addressing product queries via email and chat.
  • Identify, document, and escalate product issues and bugs to the appropriate teams.
  • Surface customer feedback to account teams to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with team projects as needed, contributing to process improvement and scalability.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional support.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a technical support or customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot ambiguous issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally with enterprise-level clients.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $45,000–$50,000 USD + equity participation via stock options.
