Jobgether is looking for a Customer Support Associate to serve as the first line of support for our users. You will resolve product issues, escalate concerns, and become a product expert, helping clients achieve maximum value from our platform.

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day support to users by addressing product queries via email and chat.
Identify, document, and escalate product issues and bugs to the appropriate teams.
Surface customer feedback to account teams to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist with team projects as needed, contributing to process improvement and scalability.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional support.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a technical support or customer support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot ambiguous issues and drive them to resolution.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools.
Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Compensation range: $45,000–$50,000 USD + equity participation via stock options.
