InPost is looking for a Strategic Planning and Project Management Analyst to join the Strategy and Transformation team within Mondial Relay, part of the InPost Group. In this role, you will analyze business trends, conduct strategic analysis, develop plans, and manage projects from start to finish to support the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Evaluate strategic performance, identify business strengths and weaknesses, and propose data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand objectives and develop strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, articulating findings and their impact on key metrics.
- Assist in setting organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives based on market and competitive analysis.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely task delivery, and effective issue resolution.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies using dedicated tools.
What We're Looking For
- A higher education background.
- 2-3 years of experience in strategic analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Recognized listening skills and the ability to interact constructively and facilitate communication between various stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) or CRM systems.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director of Strategy and Transformation, a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The role is part of the Strategy and Transformation team within Central Services, specifically the Transformation Projects sub-direction.
