About the Role

Leadtech is hiring a Lifecycle Manager to design, automate, and scale personalized customer journeys across our web and mobile subscription products. In this role, you will own the full retention and revenue recovery strategy, building data-driven, automated journeys that maximize customer value and reduce churn.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the customer lifecycle strategy across activation, retention, and win-back.
  • Design and implement automated journeys using platforms like ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar.
  • Manage email, in-product, and push notification campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Implement and optimize churn prevention and revenue recovery flows using tools such as Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, or ProsperStack.
  • Partner with Product, MarTech, and Engineering to integrate AI-powered personalization, predictive churn models, and behavior-based triggers.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, holdouts, and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and retention.
  • Analyze and report on key KPIs—including activation, retention, churn, LTV, and reactivation—translating insights into growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth/Product Marketing.
  • Proven success improving activation, retention, and revenue (Pirate Metrics Framework - AARRR).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar.
  • Experience with subscription and product-led growth (PLG) models.
  • Familiarity with churn management and retention platforms (e.g., Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, ProsperStack).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and attribution tools to measure funnel performance.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, and data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating AI/ML-driven personalization or churn prediction models.
