Love Finance is hiring a Head of Product to define and execute the product vision for a fast-growing, FCA-authorised fintech. You will drive strategy across both the B2B Lovey Platform Squad and the B2C Lovey App, leading cross-functional teams to help the company scale.

What You'll Do

• Craft and own the product roadmap focusing on digital customer journeys, AI-powered tools, cloud modernization, and fintech platforms.
• Align product initiatives to broader business goals including growth, innovation, risk mitigation, and transformation.
• Build a product vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with company goals and an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within your teams.
• Represent the tech team in leadership and stakeholder meetings, communicating progress, challenges, and needs.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and data specialists.
• Oversee agency partners, ensuring cohesion, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Communicate product vision and progress to senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, compliance, and operations.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, efficient, and compliant finance experiences.
• Define success metrics, measure impact, gather insights, and iterate on product features.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and adherence to FCA regulation.
• Define, deliver, and measure the impact of the customer-focused experiences you create.

What We're Looking For

• Must have experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Extensive experience in product leadership within fintech and financial services.
• Hands-on, tech-savvy background with Flutter Web/Mobile and modern web stacks.
• Comfortable leading with Kanban delivery methods, without time-boxed Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience building in regulated environments, ideally FCA-authorised.
• A track record of managing and inspiring engineers, designers, and agencies.
• An analytical mindset driven by metrics and customer feedback to promote data-led decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a scale-up capacity.
• Familiarity with Linear.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub), GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Security: Stackdriver, Grafana, Prometheus, OAuth2, SSO, IAM, ISO27001 alignment, penetration testing
• Platforms & Services: ThoughtSpot, Provenir, LTi, HubSpot, Creditsafe, Experian, Wiserfunding, Hometrack, Infosys or TCS BaNCS
