About the Role
This role involves partnering with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer engagements, delivering product demonstrations, addressing security challenges, and supporting the successful closure of deals in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Collive with account executives to drive sales opportunities in assigned regions
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
- Translate customer security requirements into technical solutions
- Respond to technical questions during the sales cycle
- Participate in RFP processes with detailed, accurate responses
- Conduct on-site and virtual customer meetings as needed
- Stay current on product updates and new feature releases
- Articulate technical differentiators compared to competing offerings
- Assist in defining customer use cases and success criteria
- Support integration discussions with existing customer environments
- Work with cross-functional teams to escalate product feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and trends
- Provide input on customer needs to product development teams
- Assist in post-sales handoff to customer success teams
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key technical stakeholders
