Responsibilities
- Lead and execute tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement, including supervision of staff, subcontractors, and external vendors.
- Maintain adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, standards, and procedural directives.
- Supervise vulnerability management activities for Information Assurance, including system testing, evaluation, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure the DoD Transport network operates in alignment with federal DoD and Army security requirements.
- Organize and participate in meetings and briefings, delivering guidance, feedback, and documented summaries.
- Prepare and support senior and executive leadership briefings with both strategic and technical materials.
- Evaluate all deliverables for technical accuracy and confirm documentation complies with DoD and federal standards.
- Continuously analyze workflows and recommend enhancements in processes, team structure, and technology to improve program performance.
- Verify all team members possess required qualifications and complete training in internal operational procedures.
- Keep current and accurate training records for all personnel under supervision.
Other
- Must hold a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) adjusted Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Required to have demonstrated knowledge in operating and maintaining the Tier 2 Technical Control Helpdesk function and compliance with DISAC 310-175-9 standards.
