Accenture is looking for a Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Transit Bids & Proposals Lead to oversee the creation of bids and proposals for major transit infrastructure and capital projects. You will operate within the shared services marketing function, focusing on key initiatives in the transit sector.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end bid and proposal development process for transit infrastructure and capital projects.
- Develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposal content.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather necessary inputs.
- Manage proposal timelines, reviews, and submissions to ensure on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading bids and proposals for large-scale infrastructure or capital projects, specifically in the transit sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex processes and multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, persuasive proposal narratives.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, shared services environment.
