Granicus was looking for a Customer Success Consultant

Granicus is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to proactively guide our clients toward successful outcomes through our platform. You will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment and achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Proactively monitor client health and product adoption to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews to align on goals, demonstrate value, and secure renewals.
  • Act as the client's primary point of escalation, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues.
  • Analyze usage data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role.
  • Strong ability to understand client business objectives and translate them into success plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of thriving in a fully remote environment.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position based in Costa Rica. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
