Wealth.com is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager to own and expand our relationships with enterprise-level clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving platform adoption, and strategically managing these key accounts.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact
- Develop and execute strategies to grow account value and ensure high retention
- Drive product adoption and engagement by guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing use
- Proactively identify and resolve client challenges to ensure high satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent client needs and feedback

- Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong track record of account growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and organized with experience in a remote environment
