Transfr is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to contribute to our customer success initiatives. You will be a key part of ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term success
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform service improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requests
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success or account management
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Interest in developing expertise in customer success methodologies
