Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and ongoing use of the organization's Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Establish project-specific standards and create instructional guides for new initiatives
- Handle daily administrative functions for the CDE, including user access and workflow management
- Deliver training on CDE platforms and procedures to both internal and external project personnel
- Serve as the regional authority on CDE operations, providing guidance and support to new users
- Generate regional reports on CDE usage for project teams and system administrators
- Coordinate with Document Controllers and project teams to deliver actionable feedback to leadership
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficient CDE use and share best practices
- Oversee incoming client data sets, verifying adherence to established protocols and standards
- Enforce rigorous quality assurance and quality control on all shared project information
- Maintain control over documentation across concurrent projects and preserve project records
- Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal leaders on information access and audits
- Download and circulate formal and informal project issues to relevant teams and consultants
- Evaluate drawings, add necessary comments, and re-upload them to project systems
- Administer key project documents including RFIs, correspondence, and site submissions
- Help uphold digital security protocols to protect sensitive project data
- Track project deliverables against Master Information Delivery Plans and generate status reports
