About the Role

The individual will serve as a strategic partner to teams across the organization, providing guidance on people-related initiatives, fostering positive workplace culture, and supporting leadership in talent development and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee engagement and performance improvement strategies
• Support hiring teams through recruitment planning and onboarding coordination
• Facilitate performance review cycles and provide guidance on feedback practices
• Partner with leadership to align team structures with business goals
• Address employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality
• Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and professional growth
• Assist in interpreting policies and applying them consistently across teams
• Lead change management efforts during organizational transitions
• Track workforce metrics and report insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate on learning and development programs for employees
• Support disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines
• Act as a trusted resource for employees and people leaders
• Help design initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to people operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
• Contribute to internal communications on people-related topics
• Evaluate employee feedback from surveys and suggest improvements
